Mental Health Consultation

Service Description

Discover what your mineral levels and toxicities reveal about your mental health and then enjoy a 30–45-minute consultation where we deep dive into your results with tailored recommendations to support your mental wellness journey. You'll book your consultation and schedule your appointment with me for at least 4 weeks out, this gives you time to receive the results of your hair mineral test, (usually 10 -21 days from being received). If we received the results in good time, we could always bring your consultation forward if possible. The test will be sent to you as soon as you secure your appointment, make sure you send you hair test off as soon as you get it, to prevent delays in results.
